Depending on your location, the courier service that delivers your order may differ from the delivery partner who collects any product returns.
Shipping restrictions:
Due to specific international trading agreements and local customs restrictions, we may be unable to ship certain items to your location. We'll let you know if this is the case once you proceed to purchase.
How to track your order:
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period when your items will be processed and dispatched. Please note, this will take longer during the season of Sales. Once your purchase is on its way to you, we'll send you an email with a link so you can track its progress. You can also follow your order via our site by signing into your account. If you aren’t registered on THEBRANDLET, select ‘Track your order’ at the top of the page, enter your email address and order number, and follow the steps provided.
Signing for your purchase
You can rest assured that we'll keep your purchase safe until it reaches you. Your order is insured against theft and accidental damage during delivery. Once your purchases have been delivered to the specified address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, our courier will make two more attempts to deliver your purchase.
You can make a return request within 10 days of receiving the goods. When you return a product, THEBRANDLET provides a refund in the form of a credit which is automatically uploaded to your account page. The credit will be issued within a maximum of 10 days from receipt of the return and will be valid for 2 years. The credit is automatically deducted when a new order is placed. Also note that THEBRANDLET does not exchange goods. Instead, you need to create a new order. Any credit accrued from previous returns is automatically deducted when a new order is placed. You can view your credit balance on your account page. At the bottom of the page, you will find the word "Credit" and the value.
To make a return request follow these instructions:
1 - Access the "My Orders" section of your account page
2 - Select the order to be returned
3 - Click on "Request Return" for the product you want to return and select the motivation from the drop-down menu.
4 - Then click on "Make Request" once only.
5 - Wait for an e-mail from our customer service with instructions to prepare the goods to be returned.
6 - It is necessary to insert a copy of the ORDER NUMBER inside the package. If no number is subsequently found we will NOT guarantee reimbursement for the goods returned.
The products must be returned intact and with the original packaging. Therefore, place the product in its original packaging (both the manufacturer’s packaging and the packaging the item(s) arrived in, remove any old shipping labels, place the print-out of the return authorization that you received via email inside the package.
Please note that the return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense at a flat rate payment of 15euros. THEBRANDLET is responsible for the return shipping costs only in case of faulty or incorrect products. If this is the case you should open a return request ticket in your profile and send photos of the products at thebrandlet@gmail.com. We will send you instructions on how to proceed within the next business day following your request.
Our return policy also includes the following:
All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and THE BRANDLET and designer tags attached to them (if applicable). This also includes all packaging, accessories, and authenticity cards/dust bags. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way, or, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly.
For example, we may make a reduction in the following circumstances:
- the product(s) have been used, worn, damaged, or washed;
- the designer tag are not attached to the product(s) or have not been returned. Please note that designer tags constitute an integral part of each product; and/or
- you have not returned any packaging which is considered an integral part of a product (such as a dust bag).
You will be informed if we propose to reduce your refund for this reason. In this instance, you may (as an alternative to us providing you with a reduced refund) choose to have the products sent back to you at your own expense.
Bags and accessories
All designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return.
Please handle light-colored bags and accessories carefully if you are still deciding whether you will be keeping the item. Please note that dark items of clothing can transfer dye to light-colored bags.
Shoes
Please return all items, including the dust bag and box. When you try them on, stand on a carpeted surface to protect the soles.
