Depending on your location, the courier service that delivers your order may differ from the delivery partner who collects any product returns.
Shipping restrictions:
Due to certain international trade agreements and local customs restrictions, we may not be able to ship certain items to your location. We'll let you know if this is the case when you proceed to checkout.
How to track your order:
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period during which your items are processed and dispatched. Please note that this will take longer during the sales season. Once your purchase is on its way, we'll send you an email with a link so you can track its progress. You can also track your order via our website by logging into your account. If you're not registered with THEBRANDLET, select 'Track Your Order' at the top of the page, enter your email address and order number, and follow the steps provided.
Signing for your purchase
You can rest assured that we'll keep your purchase safe until it reaches you. Your order is insured against theft and accidental damage during delivery. Once your purchases have been delivered and signed for at the specified address, they are no longer covered by insurance. If you are not at home when your package arrives, our courier will make two more attempts to deliver your purchase.
